SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our goal at Party Time is to provide fast, reliable shipping to your destination, putting the product in your hands as soon as possible.

In general, we ship within one business day after your payment is approved.

If there is a problem which prevents us from shipping your order you will be notified by e-mail and/or phone.

Printed stationery orders take longer to ship due to proof-approvals and printing times.

We ship via FedEx and US Postal Service Priority Mail.

We ship to US addresses only.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping via FedEx GROUND (to business addresses) or FedEx HOME DELIVERY (to residences) on most purchases* $65.00 and over. This offer is valid for addresses only in the lower 48 states and excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

FedEx Ground shipping on orders under $65.00,  FedEx Second Day & Overnight services, and USPS Priority Mail are priced based on distance and weight and can be calculated after adding items to your cart.

* A few items, mostly concession supplies, have additional shipping surcharges per item due to their weight. Each item that carries a surcharge has this specifically noted on the individual item page. This surcharge is added to any shipping subtotal, including our free shipping promotion.

TRANSIT TIME:

FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipping has a transit time of 3 business days or less to parts of 42 States from our location in Alabama, including next day delivery to parts of Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida (Panhandle), Kentucky, Indiana, and Mississippi.

FedEx Home Delivery is a day-definite ground (as opposed to air) delivery-shipping method available only to residential customers. It most closely resembles UPS's Ground shipping option, but has the following advantages:

• FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Saturday delivery is included at no extra charge if applicable
• FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver on Mondays.
• Delivery times range between 1 and 5 business days for contiguous US delivery
• Hawaii and Alaska service is 6 to 8 days from our Birmingham, Alabama location (see map above).
• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must use USPS Priority Mail for P. O. Box delivery.

WHAT IS FedEx GROUND DELIVERY?

Customers with a commercial address will receive delivery via FedEx Ground if ground shipment is selected or free shipment applies to the order.

• FedEx Ground Delivery delivers packages Monday through Friday.
• Delivery times range between 1 and 5 business days for contiguous US delivery
• Hawaii and Alaska service is 6 to 8 days from our Birmingham, Alabama location (see map above).
• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. You must use USPS Priority Mail for P. O. Box delivery.

ABOUT USPS PRIORITY MAIL

Priority Mail is a delivery service offered by the United States Postal Service.

• It usually has a service time of two days, but it is not day-definite and can take longer.
• It is the only shipping service we offer that delivers to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses.
• Priority Mail is not included in our free delivery offer above.

RENTAL ITEMS:

All products listed for rental on Party Time are available only for pickup from our Vestavia Hills, Alabama location or for delivery in the greater Birmingham area (extra fee applies and must be quoted based on delivery address).

We do not deliver bounce houses, water slides or any other inflatable rentals; they must be picked up and returned to our location in an appropriate open-bed pickup truck or trailer.
