Return Policy At Party Time we make every effort to ensure you receive your order complete and in a timely manner, but we realize sometimes your plans change or you need to return items.
Our return policy for items purchased from this site is as follows:
Most items can be returned to us within 30 days of your receipt of the item. The items must be in brand-new, unopened condition (no opened items are accepted for return) and you must notify us by phone or email prior to returning the item(s). Certain items cannot be returned, see exceptions below.
Costumes and costume accessories have a seperate return policy, see below.

You are responsible for paying any return shipping charges on returned items; CODs are not acceptable and will be refused.
For authorized returns, we refund the full original purchase price of the item(s). We do not refund any shipping that you paid on the original order.
Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Exceptions:
Returns on the following items are not allowed (all sales are final):
- Stationery (note cards, invitations, envelopes, etc)
- Wedding items (guest books, garters, decorations, serving sets, frames, flower baskets, etc)
- Individual serving pieces / unwrapped serving pieces (trays, tongs, etc)
- Individual Balloons (e.g. Mylar or Metallic)
- Pinatas
- Food or food supplies (popcorn, cotton candy sugar, baking items, mints, lollipops, etc)
- Other items as noted in the individual product's description
Costume and Costume Accessories Return Policy:
Unworn costumes can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Please note that while we allow exchanges, we do not take returns for credit. No exceptions.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping to Party Time on the original item, and will need to place a new order for the replacement costume. We can optionally generate a FedEx Ground return label for you which can be emailed to you; this service costs a flat $8 and will be deducted from any credit due you. Of course, you can choose to ship the unworn costume back via a carrier of your choice after you receive authorization for the exchange from us.
Any costumes returned to us for exchange that show signs of wear, washing, damage, etc. will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The following costume accessory items cannot be returned (no exceptions):
- Wigs, Eyelashes, Mustaches, Beards or any other fake hair
- Makeup, cosmetics, hair spray, etc.
- Prosthetics, fake teeth, fangs, etc.
- Shoes and boots
- Stockings, undergarments, shoes, etc.
- Masks
Misshipment or damaged goods policy:
Every effort is made to ensure accuracy when shipping your order; however occasionally mistakes do happen. If you notice a discrepancy in your order please notify us within three days of receiving the order at the phone number above; we will arrange for replacement or refund as our stock and the situation calls for. |
